Your Account Ownership You own your account. We hold your funds in trust and process withdrawals within the timeframes stated here. No hidden fees or surprise account closures.

Deposit Security Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are encrypted end-to-end. We never store your payment credentials. Refunds for failed deposits appear within 48 hours.

Withdrawal Clarity Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing time is 24–72 hours depending on your payment method. Limits are shown in your account.

Bonus Fairness Any bonus or promotion you claim is governed by its specific terms, which are always linked at the point of claim. These general terms apply to all bonuses.

If we close your account, we'll email you the reason. Any funds in your account are returned to your original payment method within 30 days. You can appeal via the dispute process.
